The Australian Government is committed to encouraging high quality business migrants recognising the benefits of their contribution to Australia and its increasing global economy.

If you have a successful career in Business either as an Owner, an Executive of a large company or an investor in an Australian Company then you are encouraging you to apply for the Business Class Visa.

The Government believes successful business people bring with them knowledge of overseas markets, business networks, cultural practices and languages other than English, as well as their specific business skills and experience.

The special criteria associated with this type of visa can be lengthy and complex. Reliance on State or Regional sponsorship is required. However the applicant is granted ample time to commence their Business or make the investment.

The visa itself is two tiered, firstly a temporary business visa followed by the second stage leading to Permanent Residency.

The age limit on this visa has been raised to a maximum of 55 years.

The following questionnaire is designed to enable me to assess your likelihood of gaining permanent residency business visa.
